FLOUR TORTILLAS


Almost 3 cups flour
2 T butter
1 tsp salt
1 cup very warm water

Mix with dough hooks till dough forms.  Let rest a few minutes. Roll walnut/golfball sized pieces thinly.  Cook on an ungreased non-stick skillet flipping over half way through at med/med low heat til done, (not till brown.  Small brown spots ok.)  Just experiment on the heat until it cooks right.
