BEEF STEW


1 lb stewing beef coated w/flour & Season-All…brown in 1 TBSP oil

ADD THE FOLLOWING TO BROWNED MEAT AND SIMMER FOR 1 HOUR
3-4 cups water
4 beef boullion cubes (or 4 tsp granulated boullion)
1   8 oz  can tomato sauce
¼ tsp garlic powder
2 tsp crushed basil (dried)
1 tsp dried sage
1 tsp parsley
1 Tbsp Worchestershire sauce

 

THEN ADD VEGGIES AND SIMMER ANOTHER HOUR
I medium onion (chopped)
4-5 carrots (peeled and sliced)
4-5 large potatoes (peeled and cubed)
